This 16"x20" fine art print is of an original oil on canvas that brightened the walls of True Grounds, a coffee shop in Ball Square in Somerville, Massachusetts, alongside three other paintings by Farah. Farah painted this piece in 2025, entirely using a palette knife while observing a live model. Shade is on view at the Boston Figurative Art Center during Somerville Open Studios 2026 in Somerville, Massachusetts. It is one of seven paintings in Farah's 'Debut Collection'.
